BETUN, flobamorata.com- There have been pros and cons in the community regarding the Decree on the freezing of Regional Contract Workers (Teda) in Malaka Regency, NTT Province recently, but finally things are starting to come to light.
After the leadership of the Malacca DPRD and the Regent of Malacca, Simon Nahak, held a “Half Room Meeting”, it was finally decided that the Decree on Freezing thousands of Teda in Malacca would still be carried out with several conditions, namely, that an evaluation would be carried out according to the needs of the regional task force in each agency.
“That’s right, the leadership of the DPR, in this case, myself as Chairman and Mr. Hendrik Fahik as Deputy Chairman II, have met with the Regent and the results are exactly the same as what the Regent has conveyed through the media, that the meaning of his statement regarding freezing the decree does not apply to “All Teda will be revised and adapted to the needs of each agency,” said Adrianus Bria Seran, Chair of the Malacca DPRD, to journalists in Haitimuk, Tuesday, June 22 2021.
